FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AFTER BOOKING
WILL MY TRIP RUN?If you received an order number (e.g. RH1GV) your departure is confirmed. Note that if you booked as a private group, your departure is guaranteed (except for reasons out of our control. See below). If you booked as a shared group, the departure is guaranteed as long as there are no cancellations by other participants (if so, you will be given the option to proceed as a private group).
ARE DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE?Any deposits paid are non refundable unless we are not able to run the trip for reasons under our direct control. Please refer to our Cancellations & Refunds Policy
WHEN IS MY BALANCE DUE?If you paid a deposit, you will only be allowed on the trip after all due balances have been paid up to a maximum of 7 days prior to departure. It is your responsibility to settle your balance any time prior to this deadline or else we will not be held responsible if your place is allocated to another customer without right to a refund. When you are ready to pay your balance, please use this form.
WHAT ARE THE BOOKING CONDITIONS?Your booking is bound to our Booking Conditions also available at this link
WILL THERE BE ANY HIDDEN FEES OR EXTRA CHARGES?We publish every fee or payment required and do not hide anything. Please check what is included in our price and what isn’t. As stated on the tour description page, there are national park and other sites' admission fees that are NOT included in our price (unless you specifically requested them to be added but we strongly suggest paying them personally as this will allow you to track your expenses). These are paid as you go, directly to to the national park services and other sites that you may wish to visit. Please ensure you exchange the amount stated in the Trip Information Packet
WHAT IS THE TIPPING AMOUNT?Tipping is not mandatory in Bolivia. However, it is highly appreciated and highly recommended for good service. Your guides and drivers will work hard to make your trip a success and will appreciate a tip. An estimate is an amount of 100 Bolivianos per day (USD 15) but feel free to tip more for great service.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATIONS POLICY?As much as no one wants to think about cancelling a trip, please familiarize yourself with our Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Should the need arise, we will provide all assistance required in case of a medical emergency but all expenses must be covered by your insurance provider or yourself (later refunded by your provider) If you do not have insurance, you must purchase it from us at a rate of USD 24 per day in order to participate in the trip (proof will be required before departure).
